high density concrete plant for pipelines

MIXING PLANTS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CONCRETE AT HIGH DENSITY (3 T/CU.M.) FOR LINING PIPES FOR OIL PIPELINES

These Plants are equipped with particular devices as the components used (iron aggregates/minerals) are highly abrasive.

UPON REQUEST THE PLANTS CAN BE EQUIPPED WITH:
- Control Computerised System
- Control System of humidity in the aggregates
- Ad-mixture batching system
- Water/cement ratio control systems with probe in the mixer.

Furthermore upon request the plant can be supplied with:

- Concrete regeneration and re-use of concrete (concrete excess from the spraying machine)
- Aggregate feeding system with radial belt (in stead of the ramp)
